12 July 2008 - Conversion of Recreational Land into Residential Development

Lend Lease Development Pty Ltd has submitted an application on behalf of 
the owner of the Twin Waters Golf and Tennis Club. The application 
describes the conversion of recreational land, namely tennis courts and 
open space, into a residential development. Development Watch objected 
to this proposal in its entirety because it conflicts with the planning 
scheme requirements for the area.
