26 February 2008 - Creation of a New Residential Area

Mr J. T. Barns has applied for a Material Change of Use for land at 
Weyba Downs.  The application describes a Master Planned Community 
development on environmentally sensitive land to the north of Peregian Springs.  
Development Watch objected to this proposal in its entirety because 
it is not environmentally sound and conflicts with higher-order 
planning for the area.
