Amalgamation.

				Queensland Premier Peter Beattie has announced a complete review of Queensland local government boundaries.  An independent Local Government Reform Commission has been established to recommend the name, class, boundary and electoral arrangements for the new local government areas 
in Queensland.  Development Watch has responded to the Reform Commission's request for submissions.
