I thought I should get this submission to you before it was no longer 
"recent".

Preamble:  Syntac Pty Ltd has applied for a Material Change of Use for 
land at 2 Suncoast Beach Drive, Mount Coolum   The application described 
the construction of a new supermarket building and additions to an 
existing building at the Mount Coolum Shopping Centre..  Development 
Watch supported this proposal in principle but had some concerns about 
its implementation.


The attachment has a photo included.  If you think it should be in two 
parts for downloading, would you please "deconstruct" it and offer the 
parts separately for those that have steam-driven Internet connections.
